New Object Storage, Kubernetes Gateway API, and the NETWAYS Camp
Summertime is here, and before parts of the team head off on their well-deserved summer vacation in the coming weeks, we have some big news for you:
Standalone Object Storage is now available in MyNWS! As usual, our colleague Gabriel has written a detailed blog post about the new possibilities and the technology itself - more information below.
Another blog post from this month deals with the Kubernetes Gateway API - why it exists, what it can do, and what this means for your Kubernetes cluster.
The usual reading corner with links from all corners of the internet, and a CLI tool for managing Kubernetes contexts comes on top at the end of the newsletter - happy reading!

NWS Object Storage now available
In the past, it was already possible to use S3/Swift-compatible object storage in the NETWAYS Cloud. With this all-new update, you as a user of MyNWS now get easier options for interaction and integration, better connection to MyNWS and the NWS ID, and much more.
Our colleague Gabriel has written a detailed overview of our latest product on our blog if you would like to find out more.

Do you work in multiple Kubernetes environments at the same time? If so, you’ll love kubie! This little tool allows you to manage multiple Kubernetes contexts more easily by…
- …Observing multiple configuration files in .kube/
- …Displaying the context active in the terminal
- …Simple, interactive switching between different contexts
The tool is available on GitHub and can be installed on all common operating systems and distributions.
